Tower of Magic
Upon entering the environs of the Tower, one notices first that there are no other buildings for quite some distance around the outer walls. All a visitor can see above the walls is a slim white tower. If he were brave enough to enter the perimeter, he would notice an enormous courtyard filled with manicured gardens and intricate paths. After wandering through hedges and shrubs, the visitor finds a clutch of huts, huddled around the base of the tower, that houses the different circles of wizards and other arcane orders.
The White Council’s Tower of Magic rises majestically above. Intricate carvings, some runes, some decorations, cover the sides, made of what appears to be white marble. No windows exist on the ground floor, but as the tower ascends, balconies and large window become more and more commonplace.
